During certain seasons there is a surcharge for bookings of less than 5 nights!

General Terms & Conditions

On the day of arrival the apartment is ready from 3 p.m.; in case of availability also earlier.
On the day of departure the apartment has to be vacated by 10 a.m.
Smoking is prohibited in all the apartments. You enjoy a much better view when smoking on the balcony…
Pets:
Only on request and for a fee. Please bring your own blanket or a basket.
Number of persons:
The maximum number of people in an apartment may not be exceeded.
Payment:
We accept cash, cheque, bank cards and credit cards (EC-Card, Visa, Mastercard)
Reservation:
In order to confirm your booking, a deposit of 30% of the booking value is required, the deposit not be refunded should you cancel the reservation.

Cancellation policy:
If the unexpected happens
- up to 30 days prior to arrival, 30%
- 29 to 15 days, 40%
- 14 to 7 days, 60%
- 6 to 1 day, 70%
- NO SHOW, late arrival or early departure, 100%
The percentage value refers to the basic fees.
Info Covid-19:
However, should South Tyrol be under travel warning on your travel date due to Covid-19, we will grant our guests free cancellation and your deposit will be credited to you for a holiday at a later date.
Travel cancellation insurance:
We recommend purchasing Travel Cancellation Insurance with the "Europäische Reiserücktrittsversicherung".
