Colour-TV, heating (01.Oct. to 30.Apr.), bedclothes, towels (changed once ore twice a week); Skibus to Ratschings/Racines from 20.Dec. to 17. April. All rooms and facilities are only available to our guests.
Surcharges: Final cleaning: App. Type "A", "B", "C" 35,00 €, Type "D" 40,00 €, Solarium, Whirlpool à 5,00 Euro; Washing machine and tumble-dryer with token coins (at 3,00 Euro).
Breakfast per person 8,00 Euro.
Upon request daily cleaning of the apartement (without kitchen) is possible for 12,00 Euro.
Payment: 30% upon booking, 70% on departure. No reservation possible without prepayment. Cancellations until 30 days before the arrival are free. The deposit is then entirely valid for another date agreed upon. For cancellations within 30 days before the arrival, 60 % of the price for the booked appartment will be charged.
